Another day on point and getting a good walk in. I think it was a little easier this time but I still got a way to go yet. It just takes time though...got to build up all the stamina that I lost due to my inactivity. I'm really surprised that Mark wanted to the WW plan with me...I am also very happy he did.

I'm watching Amercian Idol for the first time tonight....other than catching the end of it when I went to watch another tv show. It is actually much better than I thought it would be. I love music so I find it intertaining. I know from reading quiet a few blogs that a lot of people don't care for Hicks but I like him and the sound of his voice. So I am sitting here and waiting to find out who wins.
