Feeling some better

Last week was rough. I dealt with a lot of back pain to the point where it finally got to catching when I was walking and causing my knees to buckle a little till I would gain my balance again. Not fun let me tell you. I am doing better now. Lots of ice and ibuprofen helped me get through it. I am going to have to buy me a pair of mens sweats so they are long enough on me and get back to walking as it helps my back a lot. It's just been so cold that I hadn't been able to bare going out to do it. I can also try my WW walking kit DVD and see if that works to help. I finally put it in the DVD player and it looks like one I can do okay. I like that they have different time lengths to use.

No WW meeting this week because they were closed on both days that I could make it. They were having some kind of 2 day training meeting.

I hear ya on the meeting thing; ; I am going on a personal quest to eat correctly this week since my center is closed on my normal day and I cannot go Friday due to moving.

You and I are at almost the same weight, and the only solution for the back pain is to continue exercising and losing weight. Those are your vertebrae that are slowly disintegrating due to your weight. My feet hurt too when I walk a lot. Lose weight is the only resolution.
