Eating healthy
I have been doing more chopping in the kitchen. I made a tomato & cucumber salad that I have had with my lunch for the last two days. Last night I chopped up a bunch of different fruits to make a simple but healthy fruit salad for my dinner, however it's going to be snack later cause the left over pasta along with the salad filled me up at lunch.
We went shopping last night and I was very proud of how healthy my shopping cart was. It was filled with all kinds of fruits, veggies, veggie burgers, whole grain bread and even some almonds. There was a couple boxes of WW snack cakes for when the sweet tooth calls.

mmmm Cucumber tomato salad. Yummy! How do you season yours?
I recently tried the lorna doone and sandie cookies 100 calorie packs. The lorna doone ones are dangerous for me. I also like to keep the hershey sticks on hand if I can find them on sale. 60 calories for one stick and if I pay attention I can savor it for awhile.
Sounds like you had a shopping cart to be envious of :) !
