Yes it is an update and I am still here

Spring has gone already and it's been a while since I posted.  It's been hot this year and lots of rain.  It took a while to get into a good habit of exercise but my husband and I ave been managing to get out and walk each day for a few weeks now.  We are also trying to watch what we eat and get healthy stuff in.  Both of us have lost a little bit of weight and hope to have much more off by the fall which is coming soon.  Building the habits are some of the hardest parts of this battle.  I am glad to see we are both finally getting ourselves in gear.  

I am having some problems from the PCOS and I think that is causing my weight loss to be even slower than ever but I believe it will get better as I drop the weight.
