I have cut way down on the amount of sodas I was having.  I hardly drink any at home now.  I have been having a lot of herbal tea and water.  I am already starting to feel some better.

This last week I have been workign on cleaning up my eating some.  Picking healthy choices and making sure to get in more fruits and veggies.  Hubby is doing it with me too because he had been feeling really bad and hating the weight he had gained.

I hope everyone is doing well out there.  Keep up the healthy habits.

Good to hear from you. I am back with the program as well. I have decided I really want to be at or below my wedding weight by next July so I have to work at it.
