I am still here but I am fighting a really nasty cold. My weight has gone down a little in the last couple of weeks. By the end of the holidays I had found myself up around 298 which was a big wake up call. I weighted this morning and was down to 290. I am still working on drinking tea and water and trying to stay away from the diet sodas. It's not always easy though. I am also trying to get more veggies and fruits in.
I picked up a couple health magazines right before I got sick but have not been able to keep my train of thought good enough to read them. Hopefully I will be over this cold soon and I will read those for motivation. Right now I am just trying to get enough rest, drink lots of liquids and not give completely into my comfort food cravings when I get hungry. And trying very hard to not look like this guy.
