I managed to get over the cold though I do have this lingering cough that is slowly getting better. I have been reading on one of the magazines I picked up. It is a Weight Watchers one and I finding it very motivating. I realize that I actually miss how things were when I was doing WW and I want to get that back. I would really like to go to meetings but I am not sure where to come up with the money to do so. Sad thing is I bought prepaid at one point and never used all the tickets but they expire. I let my fear of driving get in my way of going out and doing things. Amazing how much a couple of accidents can screw with you.
Another tool I am using is My Prevention Day Calendar. I got it for myself at Christmas as my gift to myself. It's really nice for a day planner and full of motivation. I really like it.
