Yes that is 3 weeks in a row with a loss. I am so happy to see the scale going down repeatedly. Now with March and warmer weather finally here I think this is only going to improve. I do my best when I can be outdoors and moving. I love to walk and hike. Once I lose more weight I will be wanting to get back to playing tennis again. Hubby and I use to do that it was so much fun.
I am looking forward to getting out and doing a lot of walking and taking my camera with me so I can take bunches of pictures. I have thought about uploading them to Flickr this year as I take them. If I do that I will post a link on here where those of you interested can find them.
I got a couple of things while I was at the meeting today. I got a new pedometer and have it already set up and am wearing it. I also bought the nice WW food scale. It was on sale this week so it was really the right time to get it. I didn't realize that it also could tell me the points of the food I am weighing. It's a big upgrade from my old one. I am still keeping the old one on the hutch as it is great to weigh out chips and helps Hubby as he likes to snack sometimes.
At the meeting this week we talked about
things around our kitchens that help us out. One of my favorites is my pampered
chef sprayer. I use it a lot instead of Pam because it is more healthy. I
really suggest getting one if you don't have it. It is the one thing from them
that I think everyone can use in the kitchen.
